Perros Calientes
A perro caliente is a Venezuelan hot dog, and it is nothing like the ballpark version. The sausage is the starting point. On top goes shredded cabbage and carrot, onion, corn, two sauces, ketchup, mustard, parmesan and a handful of crispy potato sticks. You eat it with both hands and a stack of napkins. It is the thing Venezuelans miss most from home.

The classic
The standard Venezuelan street hot dog. One sausage in a soft bun, loaded with cabbage and carrot, onion, corn, guasacaca, garlic sauce, ketchup, mustard, parmesan and crispy potato sticks.
Hamburguesas
A Venezuelan burger is built tall. Beef or chicken, a fried egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion, then both sauces, ketchup, mustard and crispy potato sticks on top. The potato sticks are not a garnish, they are the point. Every burger below comes dressed the same way; the difference is how much protein you want in it.

Pick one protein
The house burger. One protein, your choice of beef or chicken, with a fried egg, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, guasacaca, garlic sauce, ketchup, mustard and crispy potato sticks.

Two proteins
The same build as the Vene-Burger with two proteins instead of one, stacked under the fried egg and cheese with all the toppings and both sauces.
Bebidas
Cold cans and bottles. The two to try are the Venezuelan ones: Malta, a dark, sweet, non-alcoholic malt soda that every Venezuelan grew up on, and Frescolita, a red cream soda that tastes a little like bubblegum. Both go perfectly with a perro.
A cold can of Sprite.

Venezuelan malt soda
A dark, sweet, fizzy malt drink with no alcohol in it. If you have never had one, it tastes a bit like a sweet, lightly carbonated stout. Venezuelans drink it with everything.
Guasacaca and salsa de ajo come on every perro and every burger at no charge. Want extra on the side, or no onion? Every item in your cart has a note box.
